Getting to know Nous
Nous was founded by Louise Rogers, Karis Steinborn-Busse and Mel McCall after many years of working together.
We created Nous to build the kind of agency we had always believed in. One that takes the time to understand each client's business, has their best interests at heart and becomes a trusted creative partner they genuinely enjoy working with.
We're experienced in working with businesses across a wide range of sectors, each with its own ambitions, challenges and opportunities. That's what makes our job so fascinating and why we love what we do.
Whether you're introducing a new service, repositioning your business, refreshing your brand or looking for ongoing creative support, our role is to help people understand who you are, what you do and why customers should choose you.

Collaboration is built into our name
Nous (pronounced 'noo') comes from the French word for 'us' or 'we'. It's a simple word, but it perfectly reflects how we work.
We're at our best when working alongside businesses that value collaboration because the best ideas come from working together. You bring the knowledge of your business, your customers and your ambitions. We bring experience in branding, design and marketing.
By taking the time to understand what makes your business unique, we create brands and creative communications that feel authentic, connect with the right audience and support your wider business goals.
Creativity with purpose
We believe every piece of creative work should have a reason.
Every design choice, every message and every campaign should help your business communicate more clearly and make it easier for customers to understand who you are and how you help them.
Our focus is always the same: creating work that strengthens your brand, builds confidence and supports long-term growth.
Clients trust us to ask questions, challenge ideas, give honest advice and recommend what's right for their business. That's why so many choose to work with us long after the first project is complete; we're seen as an extension of the team rather than an external agency.
